From the Mouth’s of Babes

I was helping Katelyn with her reading homework. She had to begin writing a description on something, and she chose me as the object to describe. To assist kids with that, there was a chart with different senses asking the kids to describe your object, how it looks, smells, feels, etc.
When I asked her how I smelled, she sniffed my arm, then looked at me and said, “You smell like roast beef.”
After a minute or so of laughter, I forced myself to focus again and continue helping her with her homework.
