Tonight as I was preparing a wonderfully nutritious dinner of sloppy joe’s, my daughter Katelyn came down, asked what we were making for dinner, and upon seeing the pan full of meat sauce she screamed, “Slimy Joe’s! We’re having Slimy Joe’s for dinner!!!!” So, from now on, they are “Slimy Joe’s” and not “Sloppy Joe’s”
